Three-times a World champion, four-times a European champion, a double Olympic medallist, five-times Grand Prix champion and twice grand slam champion; Bianca held the world number one ranking for seven years from 2016-2023. 

Bianca is a pundit for the BBC providing commentary and analysis on Taekwondo events and is a presenter for Sky Sports Boxing and Total Kombat. She also maintains a presence on social media, sharing her taekwondo journey and training. Furthermore, she is actively involved in taekwondo sparring and training, including sessions with her husband, Aaron Cook, and other athletes.
