– Training Camp Host Club and Head Coach Ash Sanchez Founded in 2019 by Ash Sánchez, Taekwondo X is a thriving martial arts community based in London, UK. What began with just a few students training in the park during the pandemic has grown into a vibrant club known for its inclusivity.
Founded in 2019 by Ash Sánchez, Taekwondo X is a thriving martial arts community based in London, UK. What began with just a few students training in the park during the pandemic has grown into a vibrant club known for its inclusivity, passion, and commitment to student development both on and off the mat.
Driven by Ash’s inspiring journey, from overcoming health challenges to earning her black belt and founding the club, Taekwondo X offers daily training, school-based programs, holiday camps, and accessible competitions for all levels. In just a few years, the club has produced multiple national champions, European medallists and currently has ten athletes representing Great Britain in international martial arts competitions and heading to Norway for the World Martial Arts games in November

Taekwondo X is more than just a martial arts club. It’s a community built on resilience, opportunity, and the belief that Taekwondo can transform lives. The club is proud to now host international events such as the upcoming training camp with Olympians Bianca and Aaron Cook, providing world-class opportunities for athletes of all ages and backgrounds in conjunction with the Martial Arts Sports Symposium.
About Bianca Cook
Three-times a World champion, four-times a European champion, a double Olympic medallist, five-times Grand Prix champion and twice grand slam champion. Bianca is a pundit for the BBC providing commentary and analysis on Taekwondo events and is a presenter for Sky Sports and at Total Kombat. She also maintains a presence on social media, sharing her taekwondo journey and training. Furthermore, she is actively involved in taekwondo sparring and training, including sessions with her husband, Aaron Cook, and other athletes.
About Aaron Cook
Two-times a World champion and three-times a European champion. Aaron is currently a head coach, working with athletes in Saudi Arabia and coaching the MAHD Academy and is also a commentator for World Taekwondo. He also maintains a presence on social media, sharing his taekwondo journey and training. Furthermore, he is actively involved in taekwondo sparring and training, including sessions with his wife, Bianca Cook, and other athletes.
