Judith McMinn is a former management consultant and senior aide to Tony Blair who has become an inventor and entrepreneur and founded Rezon in 2021. Rezon has developed Halos®, a protective headband with patented technology that reduces brain injury. Halos® reduces rotational forces by up to 61% (based on verified testing at the gold standard biomechanics lab – Virgina Tech in the US), no other headgear product betters this reduction.
