Mr Wallace Ogufere is a trauma and orthopaedic surgeon with over 30 years of experience and specialising in upper limb surgery. He earned his MBBS from the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Nigeria, in 1985. He later received his FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, in 1992, followed by the FRCS in Trauma and Orthopaedics from the Intercollegiate Board in 1997.

During his career, Mr Ogufere has held NHS posts at the University Hospital Lewisham in London, where he developed his expertise in trauma and orthopaedics. Mr Ogufere’s specialisation includes all aspects of shoulder surgery and procedures such as arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, stabilisations, shoulder replacements and fractures. Mr Ogufere adopts a patient-focused approach, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to individual needs. In addition to clinical practice, Mr Ogufere engages in professional development to keep abreast of advancements in orthopaedic surgery. His experience also enables him to guide and mentor younger professionals in the field.
